Hey Guys!As promised, brand new tour dates for The Final Riot! Summer 2008 Tour, including select dates with Jack’s Mannequin, Phantom Planet, and Paper Route have been posted in the “shows” section. wow. i meant to post this a while ago… it was just restored from a saved draft. i think i actually fell asleep writing this haha i’ll keep it here anyways.[saved from stored draft]:
i love mewithoutYou.we made it to London around noon today. it’s about 2am now. i’ve gotta get some sleep soon!
i just thought i’d post a quick little update before i finally went to bed. tomorrow is a big day. GIAN is a huge deal to us. in ‘06, we played a side stage, very early in the day. here we are in 2008 headlining the whole thing. it’s crazy. thank you…. (and this is where it ended hahaha)so, it’s been 2 weeks since the last update. life rules. hope you guys are doing so great… we came home from the Jimmy tour and had two days off in Nashville before we went out to the UK for GIAN. such great shows. somehow i think our show review got mixed up with another bands in the last issue of Kerrang. i think our review was actually mixed up with Mindless Self Indulgence. unless i was unconscious when i began to pry hands off my sweaty breasts. hahahaaa what is it with Kerrang and my boobs? leave em alone geez. apparently, i also stage dove during our set. badical. i wish, anyway. besides all the insanity with press - which we heard was an honest mistake, although i doubt it and i haven’t even read it to really decide for myself - the shows were incredible.
i have to go ahead and say it now… in the history of our band, the best crowd and overall best show, hands down, was in Glasgow, Scotland - i’m really sorry i might have forgotte the date - was it may 12th? thank you to everyone who came out to the show. the line was insane. wrapped around the building and so far down the street. haha. we love Scotland. also, thanks to those of you who stuck around til after the guys and i all got showers and packed to go home… you guys were so much fun to hang out with. for those of you who weren’t there, i will try to paint the picture for you. i walked out the bus to pack my stuff and told everyone that as soon as we were all ready we were going to come sign and hang out by the bus, so EVERYONE stuck around. seriously, like 400 kids hahah. the cops came and told everyone to leave and by the time we got out there only 30 or so kids had been allowed to stay. we had to whisper the entire time we signed and took pics. but it was so much fun haha so yeah… thank you guys.
so, i’m talkin to my friend “Mono-Dog” on ichat. he’s a fan of the band. apparently, my screen name was posted somewhere. oh well hahah. he plays a fender strat. he loves horror movies but his favorite new movie is juno. besides those fun little facts it’s awesome having a conversation with a fan. we both love stephen king’s Pet Cemetery. it reminds me of playing small clubs having REAL conversations with fans. with people. the guys and i are hoping to bring back some of those types of moments. especially within the fan club. it all takes time working out because now that the band is more successful any little thing can become “an issue”, which is weird haha. but we are working hard and really trying to keep you guys in the loop and make it feel even more of a community.
if you are in LA… go to Amoeba tonight, Eli “Paperboy” Reed is playin! i was gonna go but i can’t make it now. anyway, he’s great. different and the show will probably be a lot of fun.

PARAMORE UNVEIL NEW VIDEO AND SINGLE!
This article is a few days old, but it was posted on Paramore.net, I thought you guys might find it interesting. :]
Fueled By Ramen recording group Paramore has released ‘That’s What You Get‘, the latest single from their RIAA gold-certified second album, ‘RIOT!,’ impacting now at Modern Rock and Top 40 radio outlets nationwide. The track’s companion video clip - directed by Marcos Siega (Weezer, All-American Rejects, Sara Bareilles) - had its all-day ‘Unleashed’ premiere on MTV2 last week and will premiere on MTV’s ‘TRL’ on April 8th. The video has hit #1 on the iTunes Alternative Video Chart and #6 on iTunes overall Video Chart in less than one week.
Paramore recently celebrated the single’s release with a high-profile concert appearance on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live on April 4th. This week, MTV and mtvU will premiere its annual Spring Break extravaganza, taped in Panama City, Florida earlier this month (check local listings).
Paramore also has a full-on touring itinerary which will see the Grammy Award-nominated punk-pop quartet traveling through the summer. First up, the band is currently on a major co-headline tour, sharing the bill with Jimmy Eat World. The tour kicked off April 1st in San Antonio, Texas, with shows continuing through early May. In addition, the Tennessee-based band will be among the headliners at 2008’s two Bamboozle festivals: the Bamboozle Left on Saturday, April 5th in Irvine, California; and the Bamboozle on Saturday, May 3rd at the Meadowlands Sports Complex in East, Rutherford, New Jersey. From there, the band will cross the Atlantic to headline the UK’s annual Give It A Name festival, stated for May 10th and 11th in London and Sheffield, respectively.
Paramore’s summer schedule will officially begin on June 30th with a headline show as part of Milwaukee’s yearly Summerfest celebrations. Next on the agenda will be an eagerly awaited slate of mainstage appearances on the upcoming Vans Warped Tour (July 1 - 6), the band’s fourth consecutive year on the tour.
‘RIOT!’ made an explosive chart entry upon its June 2007 release. Boasting two top 5 Modern Rock radio hits in ‘Misery Business‘ and ‘Crushcrushcrush‘, the album quickly went on to achieve RIAA gold certification, with sales now over 800,000. An array of accolades followed, including a ‘Best New Artist’ nod at this year’s 50th Annual Grammy Awards and ‘Band of the Year’ honors from Alternative Press. Having toured nearly non-stop since coming together in 2004, Paramore recently sold out every show of its 22-date North American headline trek.

Warped Tours Schedule, Rumors, And More!
MTV.com just posted an article about Warped Tour & the dates Paramore will be performing.
The Warped Tour — featuring Paramore, Gym Class Heroes, Angels & Airwaves, Against Me!, the Academy Is …, Cobra Starship and dozens of others — has announced the full schedule for the summer’s trek, which kicks off on June 20 in Pomona, California.
While Paramore will tag along from July 1-6, a number of other bands have signed on for the whole trek, including the Horrorpops, Reel Big Fish, From First to Last, Relient K, Aggrolites, Protest the Hero, Anberlin, Everytime I Die, Greeley Estates, Norma Jean, Say Anything, Story of the Year, Charlotte Sometimes, the Bronx, Pennywise, Rise Against, the Devil Wears Prada and We the Kings.
The tour is slated to finish on August 17 at the Home Depot Center in Carson, California. Among the other acts dropping in for runs of dates are: A Day to Remember, All That Remains, As I Lay Dying, August Burns Red, Bedouin Soundclash, Bouncing Souls, Danger Radio, GBH, Jack’s Mannequin, Ludo, Madina Lake, Sick City, the All-American Rejects, the Dillinger Escape Plan, the Pink Spiders and the Vandals.
